How the anti-theft alerts work
Every cancellation is recorded: who, when and why. If a table is closed without payment, your phone gets an alert right away, not the next morning.
At 'End of shift', the waiter or cashier counts the cash they hand over. Tablilo compares it with what was collected and records the cash difference for you. A corrected payment method is recorded too.
Reviews of 3 stars or less reach you privately, so you can fix the issue before it lands on Google. And more than 20 wrong PINs in an hour locks that device for an hour.
Reports in the dashboard
You see sales per day, per item, per waiter and per payment method (cash, card terminal, online), each waiter's tips and cancellations by reason.
The accountant export gives one line per payment: day, time, table, method, gross, net, VAT, tip, collected by, invoice. Hand it over as it is.
For the person who runs the café in your place, create a manager login: they see service and reports, with no access to settings.
Limits and good practice
Tablilo records what goes through Tablilo. A drink served without an order leaves no trace, so the rule is simple: no order, no service. Ask for a reason on every cancellation and have the cash counted at every end of shift.
Look at the reports for a few minutes each day rather than an hour at month end: odd habits show up fast.
