Sales reps, managers and travelling teams need an invoice in their company's name for expenses. In many cafés and restaurants that means a receipt book, handwriting, a miscopied ICE and a guest waiting at the counter.
An ICE invoice built from the bill avoids mistakes and saves time on both sides.
How the ICE invoice works
When paying, the guest picks 'Facture société (ICE)' on their phone and enters the company name and its ICE (15 digits). The invoice takes the bill's details and names your venue as the issuer, with your ICE, IF and RC.
The guest can download it, you can print it on your ticket printer, or send it by WhatsApp. In the dashboard, the list of today's payments without an invoice also lets you make one afterwards.
Each invoice has its own number and appears in the payments export, which helps your accountant.
Setup in the dashboard
In settings, turn on the company invoice option and fill in your legal details: company name, ICE, IF, RC. Without the company name and ICE, the invoice is not offered to guests.
Limits and good practice
You are the issuer: check your legal details and VAT rates with your accountant before turning it on. Tablilo checks that the guest's ICE has 15 digits, but cannot confirm the company exists. Keep the invoices and the export with your books.

Who issues the invoice?
Your venue. Your ICE, IF and RC appear on the invoice; Tablilo issues nothing in its own name.
Can the guest get the invoice on WhatsApp?
Yes. It can be sent by WhatsApp, printed, or downloaded by the guest on their phone.
Can I make an invoice after payment?
Yes. The dashboard lists today's payments without an invoice, and you can make one from there.
Does the guest need an account to get the invoice?
No. They only enter the company name and ICE when paying. That is all the invoice asks for.
