Tablilo is published by Morocode LLC. Each venue using Tablilo is responsible for its guests' data; Morocode LLC processes it on the venue's behalf. These rules follow Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection.
What we record
An anonymous id for your phone (cookie), the table's orders, your first name if you give it, requests to the waiter, your rating and comment. For a company invoice: the company name and its ICE. Your location only if the venue asks for it and you accept.
What we do not record
No guest account, no card number: an online payment happens at the venue's payment provider. No advertising, no selling of data.
Why
To prepare and serve your order, work out the bill, issue an invoice when you ask for one, protect the venue against fake orders, and improve the service.
How long
Orders and payments stay in the venue's accounts, and invoices as long as the law requires. Your first name and your phone's id are erased 90 days after the visit, review comments after two years (the rating stays). Your phone's cookie expires after two years.
Visits to this site
This site's pages and the venues' space are counted without cookies: a code made from the day, the IP address and the browser, which changes every day and cannot lead back to you. Kept 400 days, never shared. Guests' table pages are not counted.
Your rights
You can ask the venue's manager for access to, correction or deletion of your data; they pass it on to Morocode LLC.
